Second that, not sure how many times I did the international calls, license perpetually valid as it is printed on the front page of my license and the CAA trying to convince me it expired. Got the phone hung up on me many a times, until I got back to SA and basically didn't go through them, just directly sent an email to the commissioner and viola, 4 hours later got the call allowing me to exams. No issues or anything. If you truly have an issue not being resolved, don't be worried about dissing them to higher positions, those blokes are there to serve us pilots, they accepted it while they signed their contracts and I am not paying R220 per exam or R2000 for getting a DFE for not getting results.
