U- boat in Cape Town?

Could'nt believe my eyes! Sitting next to the cold storage. Something to do with the movie "Laconia" perhaps? Can't get close enough for a pic.

Correct, it is a mock-up made in the harbour and will be used for a film shoot at a tidal pool near you.

Thanks for that Dean. Hey Mr. G, it's certainly worth a look. Gonna try and get a pic or 2 over the weekend. Reaching here, but if the makers are going to such lengths for authenticity, might we see a B24 here soon? Just a (hopeful) thought.

Did they do the escape drill from the 'operational' mock up as well?
